A Gift from the Heart to the Heart: share the experience of Monarch Medicine and embodied alignment with someone you love.

A deeply restorative, signature Reiki experience supporting nervous-system ease and embodied alignment, allowing vitality, flow, and presence to naturally re-emerge.

Each session is held within a calm, intentional container, creating space for the body to arrive, settle and integrate. The extended time supports recalibration and a sustained sense of clarity.

Sessions take place in a private, one-on-one setting. The work emphasizes gentle grounding, encouraging the body’s relaxation response and fostering regeneration.

Intention:
Reiki honors the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for self-regulation. Offered as complementary support, sessions cultivate energetic harmony and emotional resilience alongside other forms of care.

• Sound healing with singing bowls
• Gemstone body layout
• Aura smudging
• Weighted blanket (optional)

• Post-session reflections, offered as needed
