What Happens During a Session?

Every session is individualized and guided by what is most present in the moment. Before the appointment, there is an opportunity to share a concern, intention, or area of focus.

The session includes:
• Pre-session focus setting
• Brief somatic check-in
• Guided grounding
• Full-body Medical Reiki
• Space for reflections

Additional elements may include:
Sound healing • Gemstone placement • Aura smudging • Weighted blanket • Infrared heat therapy

60-minute sessions offered as 4- or 6-session series for focused support
